Refund policy
Returns
Returns are easy! You have two options:
1. Ship your return back to our store (Online orders only! In-store purchases must be returned in-store.)
A refund will be issued to your original payment source within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return. You can also choose to receive an online credit, redeemable at AnimalHouseVenice.com. Please note that online store credit cannot be redeemed in-store. Mail your items and the packing slip to:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Return items to our Venice store
Bring the packing slip and the items you’d like to return to our Venice location. Refunds will be issued to the original credit or debit card. This card must be brought to the store. Alternatively, you may choose to receive an in-store credit, redeemable at our Venice location. Please note that in-store credit cannot be redeemed on AnimalHouseVenice.com.
Our website return policy differs from that of our physical store return policies. Please contact Animal House for any questions about returns on your in-store purchases.
Please keep in mind:
• Sale and vintage items are not eligible to be returned for refund or credit, only new items.
• All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
• All returns or exchanges must be received within 5 days of the original order date.
• Holiday return policy: online orders placed after November 15th will be eligible for returns/exchanges by mail through January 15th.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, send an email to animalhousevenice@gmail.com. Within 2 business days, you will receive an email authorizing the exchange. Once your exchange has been authorized, ship the merchandise you are exchanging to:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your original items, we will ship your exchange at no cost. If you’d like to make a return instead of an exchange, please see above.
If we don’t receive the merchandise you’re exchanging within 7 days of your request being approved, your exchange request will be canceled.
